“Everything was great, the only thing that didn’t measure up to previous hotels I’ve stayed at in the same price range / quality were the towels. The towels were very small and there were only 2 in the room. I definitely could have asked for more towels though and I’m sure they would have accommodated I just didn’t get around to it.”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Loved our experience and location. Wander coffee shop and staff were amazing. Would have been extremely helpful to know that valet is the only option. We spent 30 minutes trying to find parking and then dragging our luggage over. There wasn’t enough or appropriate bedding for the pullout couch even though I booked for 3 people”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“Great stay! Clean and comfy. Games room and pool made it fun for the kids. Good breakfast, but we went at a busy time and had to wait for most of the food to be replenished. Go early on weekends!”
