Hotel vicino a Southern Alberta Institute of Technology - Calgary

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“The staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and polite. I needed an early check-in and my room was ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean, modern, and had a great view. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and moisturizer smelled amazing and they give you a little aroma therapy roll-on that smells wonderful and helps with sleep. “Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
