“Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. Guy making them finally...

“Casino is clean and Staff is friendly, Rooms are clean, housekeeping very helpful and friendly. Poolside they only had one server and we had to wait a long time for drinks from poolside bar. Cabanas need maintenance, we couldn't close curtains because they were tearing and zippers were broken.”

“Very nice place to stay. Excellent location, clean rooms. Only thing is that they should turn on the room AC in advance. The room was very hot and took a long time to cool off. Otherwise 💯recommend.”

“Staff was friendly, the pool and lobby was nice. The rooms were outdated, dirty carpet, the bathroom tub wouldn't drain and there were some areas in the wall that needed some repairs. The pillows were really bad but the sheets were clean.”

“My family enjoyed the pool and the staff was kind at check in. There was a fridge and coffee maker in the room. My only thing I would have like is having a microwave in the room especially having a picky eater it would have helped”
