“I liked everything about property and didn't like a host/clerk who could barely speak English, was very obnoxious, arrogant and just outright unpleasant tha whole week we stayed there. She claimed to be a manager on numerous encounters but we're told she was not. I will never forget that she kept referring to us as "GRINGOS" and when my wife confronted her. Her attitude was like too bad I say what I want and doesn't matter who you complain too. We did complain, more than once but she continued...

“First room reeked of smoke and the phone didn't work so I went back to the front desk to let them know and they moved us to a different room that was acceptable.”
