“Spacious rooms! Denise at front desk was helpful. Didn’t know there was no elevator, knowledge of that would have helped 77 year old guests! Management can judge necessity to grant a room on the ground floor. An ice machine needs to be added to amenities.”

“I was charged $86 for incidentals after check out, though it should have been $30; no email was sent to explain. OTOH, the breakfast buffet is good and the grounds are lovely. (Be aware that, as to be expected at a hot springs, the water smells and tastes funky.)”

“The bid was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I slept well. The breakfast was good. Fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. Needed potatoes to be perfect. I loved the orange juice too. No bagels and cream cheese which I only have when at a hotel that serves it.LOL”
