“We arrived at Crooked Creek after a long drive from Boise for a one night stay on our way to Mt Rushmore. The drive from the highway to the property is long and I wouldn't want to do it in the dark. I LOVED to property and highly recommend it. I would have liked to spend another day/night just to connect with nature. The cabin was spacious and exceptionally clean. “The staff was friendly and helpful, the servers and cooks at the Safari Club restaurant were GREAT, the food was fantastic! Even our kids loved it. The free breakfast was good. Two hot options (neither were nondairy), oatmeal, milk, apple juice, orange juice, water, milk, a few teas (I’ll bring my own next time), coffee, hot cocoa if requested, muffins, two cold cereals (raisin bran, captain crunch), yogurt (lactose free), waffles.
