Motel a Southern Vermont

“It was handy to everywhere in Bennington (which, admittedly is a small town)and was a fine place to stay. Parking was a bit dicey, being on a steep side hill, and the main walkway out front ( a first floor balcony) was tilted a bit away from the building- a drink and I might have been over into the driveway. I would stay there again.”

“Staff is not well prepared to manage well-meant clients. The interest is more on charging the cost of the room rather than in making the client feel welcomed.”

“Absolutely horrible, felt like a waste of money so I didn’t go back for check in at 3 even though it was listed at 2pm. Went with somewhere else.”

“What a dump! In fairness, they are "under renovation" with a new owner. The bed was good and the sheets clean, but that's about it. Among the negatives: 1. The property advertised breakfast (in Expedia's ad) but there is none. 2. The room was not secure. The door chain was hanging on a nail next to the door. All it needed was for someone to screw it in. I ended up securingh the door by jamming it with a folding chair. 3. I'm glad I did, because on my second day, someone pounded on the door...

“Clean, comfortable. A/C a bit noisy, thermostat meant it was on and off a lot throughout the night. Otherwise, very comfortable.”

“The motel is perfect for tourists travelling by car since parking is very easy. Free breakfast is available in the morning. Large rooms and nice staff people. The Motel is 5 minute driving from the town center of North Adam. There is a restaurant nearby, or you need the car to reach the town centre. ”

“The room has the second window at the rear. Thus, we could avoid using conditioner and enjoy fresh night air circulating in the room.”

“Great pool. Minimal breakfast.”
