“A strange man was taking pictures of my children and I while in the pool. We reported the man to front receptionist. We requested an extra blanket upon arrival, never received it. ”

The following day we heard the same persons deny service to a family because they were there 15 min til 9 am. ”

“We had an a joining room door with a large gap under the door. Room #421. We put a towel to help with noise. There was a family with children right next to us that was very loud. Right in the middle of our shower in the morning, the water turned off and on several times. Streaming services on the TV kept going off the air.”
