“The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was good.”

“I booked a non smoking room with amenities of a refrigerator and microwave and ac. The room had three cockroaches in it and the ac was not on when I opened the door. There was no refrigerator. It was over 90 degrees inside. I turned on the ac but still had to get a fan to get the temperature down. It took 2 hours for the room to cool to under 80 degrees. It was miserable. The room had an ashtray and burn marks on the bedding, furniture and even the bathtub. The bedding was dirty and the pillows...

“Amanda at the front desk was super helpful, friendly and professional. She was able to allow us to check in early after driving in from out of town during 4th of July weekend. Will definitely be staying here again.”

“Checked in. We noticed roaches and had to leave around 11pm. There was an infestation. Contacted Expedia have yet to get my refund back. Office staff “Veronica” said we couldn’t get refund thru them. Expedia struggles to get in contact with front office to confirm situation.”

“The bathroom tub was disgusting and there was no shower curtain, the faucet was barely holding on, the A/C doesn’t work. No fridge, no microwave, sheets were dirty. The staff was non responsive and there was a long wait time. I was somehow able to block all that out and sleep only by the grace of god. Don’t come here, you’re better off sleeping in your car. Big waste.”

“Would not come back. You get what you pay for. Maintenance of property and rooms was very poor, did not feel safe checking in or staying the night. Roach made it into my room lowkey but could’ve just been weather bringing bugs out. Room got cleaned pretty quickly when I left for day so that was nice. Staff was not very helpful but nice.”

“The hotel smelled like Marijuana and there were people smoking and drinking alcohol outside. The smell was not tolerable and at times over the night there were loud noises coming from different floors and rooms. Did not feel safe as we had children.”
