“Pool was under maintenance; room was hot; no elevator for my stroller; My key was locked after first night and had to go down stairs so they can reactivate it. Did not smell nice.”

“The host was very welcoming. The facility was okay, very decorative; however there are so many decorative things, that there is no room to put your necessities with an a reach. The same problem in the bathroom, no space by the sink. We were expecting a fully equipped kitchen, as my husband likes to cook. We had to go out to eat daily. The dishes in the pantry were dirty, had to clean the coffee pot because it was dirty. Same thing with the utensils. Very importantly, older and disabled persons...

“Clean, quiet, and polite staff. Yellow hallways were a little weird but room was clean.”

“This is my second time staying here and I’m always pleasantly surprised. The only thing I will mention is that I was out of my room from 7am-3pm visiting family. Within that time room service came and collected my dirty towels but didn’t replace them with new ones or change trash/ stock tissue and toilet paper. I was able to go to the front desk and ask for more towels though. Other than that the room was clean besides a few areas of dust on the lamp/dresser. There’s always parking available...
