Hotel romantici a Southside

“We were fine, good breakfast!”

“Very nice people. No amenities like coffee pot, Kleenex, shampoo/conditioner in your room. Also stayed for two days and no one came to clean room empty trash or replenish towels.”

“I booked my stay through Expedia approximately one month in advance, expecting the room I reserved to be available upon arrival. Unfortunately, I was assigned the wrong room, and the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change because they were overbooked. This was frustrating, especially given that the reservation had been made well in advance. The cleanliness of the room was also concerning. For the first two days, leftover food from a previous guest remained beside the bed and went...

“Room was great just didn't like that it had an adjoining room connected and it does not say that when you book the room. Also shower and sink water very oily not sure what that is about but was not satisfied with that. Then my card was overcharged and to resolve the issue took some days. Manager handled well but never got an explanation on why I had multiple charges. But I did get a refund. But I dont think I would return because of the water and very noisy all night doors slamming at all hours”

“Ez check in and out friendly staff quite area lots to do and places to eat in this area .nicely priced and not to far from downtown we love it”

“Room was clean, staff were kind & helpful, needs were met throughout our stay, & breakfast was a great spread of options. BW Texas waffles sealed the deal!! Would definitely stay here or recommend for anyone needing to stay near Lackland AFB, as all the graduation events were more clearly laid out by hotel staff than what we received from anywhere else. Told us what time to leave, which direction to travel, where parking & directions on base would be. Just above & beyond helpful!!”

“Hotel was clean, just kinda old and doesn’t look as nice”

“We picked this place because of its proximity to the Lackland graduation, as most people do. However, outside the room was a nightmare. The room itself was decent, though our sink drained slowly and the showerhead sprayed in all different directions. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well, but I wouldn't recommend the pool. 4/10”

“The staff could’ve been a little bit nicer”

“Under renovation but very helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Off the beaten path but worth it.”

“Coffee was good”
