“Room had a broken shower, hot then cold then scalding-never moving the handle. Air conditioner was falling off the wall. Bed skirt had a stain.
Went for coffee the next morning and came back to our door not letting us in, went and reactivated the card-rude customer service from the female working making comments about how check out was “now” mind you, it was 8am, check out is noon.

“Friendly staff, great hospitality! Clean room, surrounding area has plenty of shopping, and food. Uber service very efficient. Breakfast almost non existent. I stayed 3 nights I got bacon last day. They didn’t have anything else. But we did go to Kekes cafe down the way for breakfast. ”

“Room 163: the door does not lock. The toilet paper holder is dangling from the wall, which has small divots dug out of it. There is a bit of discoloration around the tub. The staff willingly gave us another room.
Inside door latches/chains have been removed and painted over.
The room interiors are dimly lit, with walls painted battleship gray except where they've been scarred or patched. Cleanliness is fine. The interior courtyard rooms are surprisingly quiet. Air conditioning works and is not...
