“No elevators should be made clear. For guests in their 70s, it is very difficult to carry luggage up and down stairs not to mention the safety hazard it creates. Staff was friendly but room had chipped paint everywhere and didn’t smell good.”

“Very easy check-in! The staff was extremely helpful, especially trying to navigate the property, LOL it is quite big. Pool area was clean and kept up well. Wonderful outside pool (may is opening month) and includes an indoor pool with the hot tub inside. On the wall is a large t.v. showing children's shows and movies! Great place to go!!
Only downfall is, they don't have an adult time for hot tub or maybe they could add and adult only hottub?

“There was very loud base music coming from somewhere. We heard others complaining in the hallway and someone mentioned they thought there was a club nearby. It made it difficult to sleep. There should be a noise ordinance in Bend. Otherwise the place was great.”
