“Our room you could tell had flood damage, lower walls crumbled. The desk chair had screws protruding up through the seat. Continental breakfast was out of food by 8:15am until my husband asked the two men sitting behind the front desk about it. Then they got off their phones and put more food out. We were in town to watch our daughter perform in a play, my husband missed the first half because he received a phone call from the hotel that we needed to evacuate due to water pipes bursting.
