“Staff was pleasant but not dressed professionally. The bed was not very comfortable. The property was convenient to the freeway. No breakfast is served.”

The beds are comfy, the bedding is soft and they’ve thought of everything (bed warmer, hot water kettle, robes) Our only critique is that there should be phone staffing - we had some confusion on the check in process and couldn’t get a call/text/email back in a timely manner - all worked out in the end, though 😉. Can’t wait to stay again!”
