“I booked this hotel at the last minute due to a flight cancellation and because of its proximity to the airport. The check-in process was handled by phone, as there was no staff at the front desk, but it was quick and efficient. However, the bathrooms were not very clean, and I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep because there was a lot of noise in the hallway, and light came through the door.”
