“Check-in process was quick and easy. I do wish we would have had a microwave. ”

“The room was lovely and spacious with a beautiful mountain view. Most of the rooms were on the second floor with 14 steps to climb carrying luggage, so that made it harder for us to unload.”

“Pictures are deceiving and so are the reviews. The shower was cold it had to run for 6 min to get warm. I was locked in the c bathroom because a screw was loose in the handle. The body soap was empty and I had to go back to desk clerk twice for him to get some out of the closet. He told me they had none and after I insisted he opened a closet and got some out. The bread was left over night in the buffet and was dry.”

“the only good thing is bed. But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”
