My son's bed box spring had a huge blood stain( obviously from a menstrual cycle) You can view it yourself...ROOM 2420 I paid alot of money for the weekend and feel disappointed and disgusted! How can that go unnoticed? Do you have a explanation or remedy for us? I will wait to hear from your customer services before I leave a review on GOOGLE. “Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”
