“The cabin was clean and comfortable. The ad we had said to pick up keys by 6:00. We were there at 5:30. We were grateful that a folder was left for us because it was closed when we arrived. We never saw a single staff member while we were there. The reason for the low rating was the outside of the cabin and where it was located. We are both in our 70’s and our cabin was at the back of the resort. There were not any restrooms located in the back. They were all in the front. The restroom and...
