“Rooms were clean and staff where great. The pool was clean. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.”

“Even though I've booked this at least 2.5 months back, we were put on the pet floor (we didn't have pets with us). Constant barking in all the rooms. The refrigerator stopped working the 2nd night so all of our perishables in the fridget went bad. I told the management and nothing was done about it.”

Rooms are very dated- tub faucets in all rooms leak when off, some quick dripping, some 2+ gallons/hour so you have to close the bathroom door at night or the waterfall might keep you up. The toilets are old low-to-the-floor ones from 30+ years ago and you have to hold the handle down for almost 10 seconds to get a decent flush. “Worst experience I’ve had to date. Housekeeping was a joke. The room wasn’t clean. Not enough towels for how many guests we had. The balcony was absolutely disgusting it was sticky, there were things melted on it and gum. The air conditioning felt cold and sticky in the room there was no way to adjust it. “The desk personnel were incredible, the service staff should be terminated at once. We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand . The lady said she had to go get the broom and she would sweep the floor as part of the service. Floor was never swept and when my Wife asked her about the flood she said she forgot . I will never...

“Nice hotel, we only stayed one night but enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was better than expected. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only issue is the parking fee. I travel a lot and I have never been charged to park in a hotel parking lot. It’s just odd!”
