“Rooms were clean and staff where great. The pool was clean. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.”

The refrigerator stopped working the 2nd night so all of our perishables in the fridget went bad. I told the management and nothing was done about it.”

“The desk personnel were incredible, the service staff should be terminated at once. We had issues with no batteries in the remote , one remote had no back, we had to constantly bug the staff about towels, and we asked the service crew to find a broom so we could sweep our floor because of the sand . The lady said she had to go get the broom and she would sweep the floor as part of the service. Floor was never swept and when my Wife asked her about the flood she said she forgot . I will never...

“While a good location, some things which need attention. Rooms are very dated- tub faucets in all rooms leak when off, some quick dripping, some 2+ gallons/hour so you have to close the bathroom door at night or the waterfall might keep you up. The toilets are old low-to-the-floor ones from 30+ years ago and you have to hold the handle down for almost 10 seconds to get a decent flush. Refrigerators work well, but they are filthy on top and rusty. There's very little counter space. It would be...

The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the surroundings, making guests feel welcome. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The room and bathroom are spotless, regularly cleaned, and well-maintained. However, the carpet retains a very old, musty smell that could benefit from airing or replacement.”

“If you have young children, don’t trust the pool lifeguards. They watched several children, including mine struggle in the water and had no interest in helping out. Spoke with management and they could care less. I would highly look elsewhere if you care about the safety of your children! Worst hotel pool experience of our lives!”
