“Room was nice, big and clean. Breakfast was fresh and very good. There is no daily housecleaning, only every 3 days. Parking was ok but not great. Location was very good . Indoor pool was small and not so great.”

“This is our second trip to this hotel. I have to say the first experience was better. I feel like service wasn’t the best. The room didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper. My room was out of conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We were able to get those things it just took longer than expected. The rooftop hotel was also a better experience last year. I even reserved this time and still ended up waiting 35mins until a waitress came to our table. Last year the hotel came with 2 beach chairs...

“Rooms were kept pretty clean and staff very friendly, beds were horrible( like sleeping on cement), my children enjoyed the pool. Wish we knew beforehand about the jellyfish and sea lice, we are all got lice bites and several of us were stung by jellyfish. The hotel is pretty close to everything”

“Office Staff and view were the highlights but cleaning and parking were BIG issues. Cleaning was routinely not completed or covered over. Parking was very poorly managed and the initial communication of check in process was non existent... FYI. Check in at dunes court not the actual hotel...”
