“We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

“I booked an economy twin room at the Alpaca Manor for a corporate stay. Manor is a short driving distance from important amenities including the Albany bus stop and the Albany Westfield Mall. The room I stayed in had wonderful amenities, including air conditioning/heating (such a treat in the colder weather) and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The room was very spacious, with plenty of beds, wardrobe space, and ample room to move around. The bed was comfortable and warm. Also..WIFI...

“I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard...

The resort itself is a bit dated but suited our needs having family, couples and single rooms available with everyone having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. “Piss poor facilites in kitchen, no smoke alarms, inspected for my refund and questioned as to where abouts of tv remote - dont know as didnt even turn tv on! Could hardly understand staff person and actually said to him " I cant understand a word you just said". would not stay there again. ”
