“Very clean new hotel. Loved the steam room. No interaction with any staff except a lone front desk pleasant guy. Room was big enough. There's a mall 10 min walk away. Breakfast wasn't part of my booking. Very disappointed in the wifi. Couldn't get on it & weirdly locked me out of my own provider. I was with a large group who all seemed to complain about the same problem.”

“I booked an economy twin room at the Alpaca Manor for a corporate stay. Manor is a short driving distance from important amenities including the Albany bus stop and the Albany Westfield Mall. The room I stayed in had wonderful amenities, including air conditioning/heating (such a treat in the colder weather) and underfloor heating in the bathroom. The room was very spacious, with plenty of beds, wardrobe space, and ample room to move around. The bed was comfortable and warm. Also..WIFI...

“I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard...

“The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Checkin/out was a breeze and the location was quiet even though close to shops. Albany mall is within a 15min walking distance. The bed was a very generous size and very comfortable with ample pillows provided. There was only one bedside light however, and a thin blanket. Although there was a heat pump, an extra/thicker blanket as an option would have been appreciated. Overall, would definitely stay...
