“excellent stay, staff and food! I was previously to Hilton surfers paradise and this hotel, was much better! well done!”

“Not a bad option for Main Beach”

“Unfortunately the weather was wet so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool area which we were really looking forward to. Was not happy with the cleaning of the room; found a bag of meth behind bed when moved the bed”

“Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. “Very roomy and clean excellent position wouldn't hesitate to back”

“I stay in the hotel just for one night and it was very nice and comfortable ”

“The room we got was not the one in the advertisement. The amenities were ere the same but room arrangement was not. I think the listing is over exaggerated and they need to put real photos in Expedia. The stairway carpets are dirty stained. The whole place would do with an update or just a good thorough clean. Initially the room had a strong foul odour. The staff was helpful and refund of deposit was fast.”
