“Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall the place is looking pretty tired, think the photos need to be updated. Was great having the kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment, but could have been clearer that they only provide 'starter' cleaners and toilet paper, so be prepared to buy your own. “The room we got was not the one in the advertisement. The amenities were ere the same but room arrangement was not. I think the listing is over exaggerated and they need to put real photos in Expedia. The stairway carpets are dirty stained. The whole place would do with an update or just a good thorough clean. Initially the room had a strong foul odour. The staff was helpful and refund of deposit was fast.”
