“Front desk is rude, room is so dated and the bed was horrible. The chair in the room had stains on it and so did the curtains. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor. We went to the pool which is knee deep, was over by the hot tub and there was so much scum on the side of it people had been writing bath things in the scum. Was saving a couple bucks and got the city view instead of the water view, big mistake, it is a parking lot view. Tried to change to the water view and they refused even...

“Gross. No coffee, everything was broken and there was dried up puke on the floor. Housekeeping was awful. She missed trash under the sink. Duct tape on the air conditioner. Trash in lobby was overflowing. Unfortunately we booked through expediea and by the time was discovered how bad it was we had already paid. Pretty sure there was a rat in the vent also. We were there for our kid’s navy graduation and it was just yukky all the way around.”

“My daughter and I stayed while visiting Rosalind Franklin University. We checked in around 8 pm and the lady at the desk seemed bothered by our late arrival. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, however our AC unit had to stay on constant fan in order for the room to stay cool. Breakfast was your typical hotel choices.
