“Staff wasn't very friendly”

“The hotel felt more like a motel. The bathroom has been poorly redone. There was mold in the shower and overall it didn’t feel clean. It was fine for one night, but a lower quality than the standard level of room you get at these large chain hotels. I stayed here the night before a marathon that started right down the street. “Breakfast and bar were very nice front desk guy, not so nice. Wife had bite from there beds and he threatened to kick us out like it was our fault they have bugs! Then told us we can’t have any visitors that we can sit with our parents in the lobby! Like I’m a little kid. Never have I heard you can’t have guests in a hotel. Furthermore I never had a guest. Very disrespectful. Then I cleaned my room after I got home from work and set the dirty shower towels and 3 little grocery bags with garbage....
