“You can see the manager is trying hard to make the hotel a modern, good quality place to stay for business and leisure but the rooms are tired, bathrooms old and staff need some more training. Wifi is advertised as freely available, which was a key selling point for me, however the reality is that you receive limited access, after which you need to pay. “Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. ”

“When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. ”
