“I had a very comfortable stay. The room had everything I needed. I was mindful of the bar/restaurant opening hours, so planned accordingly with earplugs to account for noise levels. I would happily stay here again.”

Only comment was that when we asked how to get the rugby on the tv channel, they weren't able to help and said to go over to the pub, which we did and saw it there, but maybe something that could be checked.”

“The shuttle bus was very handy, they took us to dinner and picked us up and we didnt have to wait long for airport pickup and drop off.”

“Overall we had a good stay at the motel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Most parts of the experience were smooth and enjoyable. The only major issue was the airport shuttle service. We paid $15 to book the 6am shuttle to the airport, but it never arrived. We waited until 6:30am with no communication or update from the motel. In the end, we had to book an Uber ourselves for a very similar price just to make our flight. What was most disappointing...

“We stayed overnight at Birches Motel as we had an early international flight out the next morning. The motel is in the middle of Reno’s and upgrading the rooms but we found our room to be perfect! Clean and comfortable which was just what we needed. Would happily stay there again! The shuttle picked us up at the airport which was great. No shuttle in the morning as we left at 5am but that was fine. Overall great overnight stay😊”

“Great being on site where you can have breakfast and tea. And the meals are really good. The only negaetive was tge heater in the room goes off every 2 hours. So can get quite cold overnight”
