“Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. ”

“This was my 3rd stay in this hotel. Each time it has been clean, terrific staff, great breakfast, nice beds etc. This is the best hotel in St.Charles. Also great area to walk to shopping.”

“Convenient location. great room with full fridge, microwave, sink, and stove top. walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear the next door and upstairs guests conversations, but overall a very nice stay. the shower was clogged with scale, but I told the desk person and they said they'd get on that right away. spacious room, and very comfy bed. would definitely stay there again.”

“At all not good”

“The room was clean. We decided to stay an extra night and they were able to keep us in the same room and we were grateful for that. They had cookies when we checked in and cold water. The staff was helpful in directing us to places we needed to go.”

“The pool was closed, our room was dirty and they gave us a room smaller than we had reserved. The smoke alarms went off at 4:00, waking all 5 of my kids. Overall the hotel is outdated and needs a renovation. I wouldn’t recommend.”

“It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries.
