“Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( ”

“Terrible breakfast. Hard biscuits, cold eggs, over cooked sausage. Shampoo and soap containers empty and not changed from prior stays. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Will not stay at this place again.”

“Rooms were nothing nice, very Spartan accommodations. Watch out for the $50.00 pet fee which is not reflected on the price by Expedia. Staff was very confused and didn’t seem to know policy or procedures of the hotel. Upon leaving in the morning there was no one at the front desk and it had a rolling metal shutters and no where to leave the keys. I highly recommend looking elsewhere like the comfort inn. They accept pets and can accommodate you with no surprises-”

“A enjoyable experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The quiet bit was especially important as we needed the rest that week. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The staff in the dinning room were also very sweet, funny and accommodating. Thanks for the service.”

“Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice.”
