“Very nice! Bed was super comfy and the staff was helpful”

“The elevator did not work after a fire alarm went off - according to staff there is a contract dispute with the elevator company and they have not responded to numerous requests by the hotel. This is a hazard that should not hapoen because of a contract dispute. Patrons would have to walk all the floors with their luggage due to an elevator issue . This is dangerous someone at a higher Hotel mgmt should get this resolved. Unsatisfactory. ”

“The room was very clean and ac was good was not able to get breakfast due to appointments we had that day.”

“There was a hole in the wall where the cable jack came out. The elevator also had a weird odor. Staff was accommodating. ”

“The cleaning crew did not do their job.The clerk had to actually help clean my room and it took two hours for me to check in the shower stall is cracked in there's obviously some maintenance that needs to be done that hotel”
