“A great boutique hotel for a quiet getaway. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast too. Rooms are a good sized, although a little dark even with the lights on. The TV in our room was quite small for the size of the room but we didn't watch much on the TV anyway so didn't bother us.”

“The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay”
