“The facility was clean and was updated, I didn't realize that you had to ask for pots and pans and cooking utensils. They could have more than 1 handle in the room .I am not sure I like the open shelf system for clothes, I prefer a dresser. Its close to airport but not to loud.Overall great place.”

“Quick check in and out. It was in a great area surrounded by other hotels and only about 15 mins from downtown Jax.
The free breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was free so it is what it is. I used the ice machine way more and it makes pretty good ice, ha.
Overall, the room was nice enough. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner but the bed was super comfy and firm.”

“Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was.”

“Last year when we stayed here, we had a beautiful room with everything in good repair and everything was clean. This year, the toilet paper holder was broken, things weren’t quite as clean as they were last time, and it took a really long time for the air-conditioning to cool the room.”
