“A good location, the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, my TV didn’t work, but the TV in the room next to me worked because I heard everything coming out of it through the paper thin walls all night. Loud corridors and the fridge in the room was loud in operation. The breakfast choices were very limited for people with dietary restrictions. I’m celiac, and they couldn’t offer gluten-free bread. I ordered a vegetarian omelette for breakfast, which came with chunks of pork...

“The shower in room 403 is extremely small — so small that my body kept hitting the handle and changing the water temperature. There’s also nowhere to place soap or shampoo inside the shower, so I had to leave them on the sink and open the curtain each time, which soaked the bathroom floor.
