“Tries to be something more than it is. Property is nice, but the staff, although nice, could use some work in terms of how to work in a supposedly luxury hotel.”

“The Manor is well kept. The breakfast was nice, there was cereal, bread, bagels, croissants, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, coffee, tea, juices. Served in a cozy kitchen that sat 13 people..a great opportunity to meet people and chat. There was always someone there on staff to ensure the breakfast was was stocked and answer questions. We met Brenda (owner) and had a great chat. (Fellow hockey parents😊) Our room was the Twillingate on the 3rd floor (lots of steps)...

“Large room, very helpful staff, clean, $10 uber ride to downtown, safe and great breakfast. Extra care on French toast for my daughter with celiac (very sensitive) was very appreciated.”

“The hotel is in a great location for downtown, nice view from the room is available, if you book an ocean view room. The lobby is modern and clean, the restaurant on site is nice and has good food. The actual room, is old and had a smell of old cigarettes, for a Sheraton at $400-500 a night, we expected better! Especially to compare to other hotels in the area. I called down twice for more hangers, and towels- no one ever came. Definitely not any kind of luxury experience at this hotel”

“Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!”

“Few reminders, Cleaning is every other day, unless you request it. So be aware. Breakfast menu is almost the same every day. Could get boring if you stat long.”
