We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.
Signal Hill is one of the most historic and scenic neighborhoods in St. John’s. Step outside and you’re minutes from the renowned Signal Hill trail with sweeping ocean views. Downtown St. John’s, with its vibrant pubs, live music, and colorful row houses, is just a short walk away.
Guests have full access to the entire home and private backyard. Street parking is available, and the property is ideally located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, breweries, and cafés.

The main level features a bright living area with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a dedicated workstation for remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee, cookware, and modern appliances, making it easy to enjoy meals at home.
Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and walk-in closet, and the second with a cozy queen bed and views of the harbour.
Outside, the large fenced patio is ideal for summer evenings. String lights, seating, and a BBQ make it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of hiking, sightseeing, or exploring downtown.
