“The Cullen is a lovely hotel, it’s just starting to show signs of age and wear. The balcony that we paid extra to have was dirty, the furniture just an old cracked table and 2 dirty plastic chairs. The penthouse is so nice, it is a shame that there are cracked pavers on the balcony, some are raised and are a tripping hazard. It a sad to see the hotel not being maintained. ”

“Felt very at home in this leafy first floor apartment. Extremely close to the Astor Theatre. Communication re parking was a little unclear but we figured it out. Excellent for attending concerts and so on in St Kilda and surrounds.”

“Tv in ogni stanza e USB per ricaricare i cellulari e macchine fotografiche. Bagno completo di ogni confort e con radiatore scala asciugamani. Condizionatori per caldo e freddo.”

“Check in was friendly but could have been faster. Adding automation (text message notification) seemed to slow it down rather than speed it up.”

“Room didnt have a view! All amenities and furnishings very tired, subsequently hotel admitted they are waiting for a refurbishment. Good location, but....”

“Room was in fair condition a few bits of furniture that were tatty. Beds were comfortable. Said it was a studio but more like a normal hotel bedroom just with a microwave and toaster as extra. No balcony although there was one outside the window which was connected to the room next door which was a bit weird as they could walk past our window and look in to our room. The staff were excellent very helpful. Not really close to anything beach was about a mile away only an Aldi next door”
