“The pool was on and off closed. When they did open it the water was absolutely freezing. The hot tub had no jets so it was more like a warm pool.”

We only spent 1 night, but in that time we saw the cleaning staff working very hard taking care of the pool area and hallways, so we felt very comfortable using the facilities knowing they were taken care of. Traveling with my husband and son, we booked a suite with a king bed and pull out couch. The mattress on the pull out was so terrible, so I wished we had booked a 2 queen room instead, but my son didn't end up minding the springy pull out...
