“I discovered I had left 1 of my medicines and my son had to overnight it to me. This staff went above and beyond to make sure I was notified as soon as the medicine was at the front desk. What could have turned into an emergency hospital visit was averted. Absolutely top notch, professional quality staff from top to bottom.”

“Check-in staff at the reception was excellent but I got to my bathroom and there was no shower curtain for the bath tub. It was so uncomfortable taking showers because it did not look good with water splashing on the floor and making everywhere wet. ”

“The hotel was very nice and the workers was helpful given their circumstances the elevator was out of order so it was extra work for them BUT they did their best to commend us and we appreciate that all and all Yes I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again also the indoor pool is a big bonus for me and my family ”

“Started off with a room change because, the lady said they over booked. That could have been a problem, for that “Karen” that goes looking for things to complain about. AND, Yes it is old, and doesn’t have a lot of pointless, unnecessary frills, so what? Surprisingly clean, and a very comfortable, firm bed! The biggest surprise was the room had a carport! Now, that, in the event of rain or snow is enough of a bonus to book the room. ”

“L’hôtel é nuovo e pulito. La piscina piccola ma pulita e la palestra è fantastica (tutta attrezzatura nuovissima). Peccato il personale per nulla cordiale e la colazione è un po’ scarsa ma in generale ok. ”
