“The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, we had to request creamer at the coffee bar. My daughter found the creamer in the cabinet underneath the coffee but staff told her she had to ask for it. That seemed peculiar. ”

“On arrival the front desk staff greeted warmly and very professionally. This is a complete departure from our last visit. Everything was very clean and well organized (and decorated for Halloween, so cute!). Our room was very clean as well. I like when I enter a hotel room and it smells fresh and of cleaning products. We had our doubts because it of how our previous stay went, but I’m glad we decided to give this place another shot. ”
