“I've given 5 stars because the whole place is brand new and exceptional staff. However there are a few teething problems. First one is there's no plug for the sink. We asked at reception only to be told 'we don't supply plugs'. So my husband wet shaved in running water and he felt this was a waste of water. I suppose in this age it's not really environmentally friendly. We did think it was odd no plugs though!! There are hooks in the bathroom, but nowhere near where you open the shower door, so...
