“The beds were comfy and I appreciated having the microwave and fridge. Breakfast was so, so. They were out of coffee. The pool was incredibly cold.”

“There was no one at 5:30-6pm to check in. There was a note to call and someone did answer but seems very odd. Once in the room, discovered the refrigerator was full of water, there was chinese food leftover from a previous guest, there was what looked like a blood stain by the door (they did reply saying it was polish), there was a stain on the bedroom sheets on one bed, the vent in the bathroom was rattling terrible. The cart to bring luggage to the room was not working properly, the wheels...

“The hotel was surface clean, I dropped my glasses near the nightstand and there was a ton of old food. Staff was great, hot tub was nice, and there was plenty of parking.”

“This place is absolutely terrible!!! 10//10 would not recommend. Property and Rooms are disgustingly dirty/moldy, not maintained. This was the only place available for the dates we stayed in St. Croix, other wise I would have double payed for any other hotel and left immediately. Chris the at the front desk was nice.”

“The hotel was quiet. The rooms were well furnished, plenty of space for suitcases and counterspace/desk for placing personal items. An easy to use TV remote! Very nice breakfast buffet! ”

“Staff was super rude. We tried to leave immediately but she wouldnt do a refund so we went up to the room. We felt unsafe and we stayed a total of 5 min. Before driving over to the comfort inn and stayed there. Now that was a beautiful hotel with wonderful employees”
