**Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Entering the house, the first bedroom is to the right down the hallway with a queen bed and has its own full bathroom. There is also a powder room(half bath) and bar top located in that downstairs hall. As you continue upstairs, there are 2 other rooms; BR 2-1 king with its own bathroom and BR 3- has a full bed as well as a bunk bed with fulls as well, including its own bathroom. Outside of that room is a bonus game/living area with a beautiful murphy bed(queen).

Overall great stay, lots of space, only issue was ants (july) which seemed to not be interested in the traps, but we made due. Liked the various areas of privacy.

What an incredible stay we had! Everything about the property was just perfect. Plenty of room for kids and adults alike; a wonderful and quiet location; kitchen amenities galore that allowed us everything we wanted. The hot tub was awesome, and the bonus room with the Murphy bed made for comfortable sleeping for all 9 of us. And the check in and check out were simple and sweet. Thank you from the entire Thee, Lipana and Lacy-Brown families!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family vacation to South Lake Tahoe. It was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The location was convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. There was even a peek-a-boo view of the lake. Very nice! Highly recommend.

The house was decorated in a mountain vibe which we all enjoyed. Everything we needed was provided. The house was clean and tidy, I never saw a bug :) and location was great with anything we could want nearby.

In South Lake Tahoe for a hockey tournament and this home was the perfect find for us. Very well appointment and in a quiet neighborhood, allowed the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Nice to get away from the business of downtown but still be close enough to quickly be anywhere in the area. The property management team quickly responded to the two minor questions I had during our stay. Highly recommend to others!

We came up for a weekend stay and this home was just as pretty as in the pictures. Sometimes the pictures are misleading but this place met and exceeded our expectations. We were two families staying with children from 2 to 6 in age and there was something for everyone. We were even able to sled in the backyard without having to get everyone loaded up and paying or venturing off to find our own space. This is a couple minutes from the casinos and would be a great place to stay in summer or wi tee. We would happily stay here again on our next trip.

Outstanding stay. Fully equipped, exceptionally clean, well maintained, well stocked, so many amenities. Hot tub was ready to enjoy even though it was going to snow. We had about 2 feet of snow during our stay so we were in doors with plenty of entertainment provided - Xbox, internet TV, board games, backyard for building a snow man corn hole set up, working BBG. Coffee available, high end refrigerator w/ automatic ice maker with large and small cubes, washer Fryer with detergent fabric softener, Just like being home.
