Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Very nice place

The procedure to check in was a bit of a challenge at first, but in the end worked out fine. Communication was key and World worked with me to get us taken care of. The house was awesome and super well equipped. They did a great complete remodel on the unit. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Excellent location for skiing

My husband and I and our 18 year old daughter stayed here over Spring Break. So convenient to Stagecoach lift. Condo was nice and clean with comfy beds. I would have rated it higher but the elevator was not working and neither was the fireplace. We were on the 5th floor.

Cozy, well stocked, but oh the stairs

What a great place to stay minus the 5 stories of stairs to climb after a long day of skiing. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. Ski in ski out was perfect! It was the best stocked up place I’ve ever stayed at in the kitchen area. Missing adequate bathroom amenities from a shampoo/conditioner perspective, and also no hairdryer at all in either bathroom so we called about that and they did address and bring us one.

Excellent condo

This condo was amazing! Had everything we needed. Starter sets of all needed kitchen and bath room must ie trash bags, soaps, toilet paper. The interior was beautiful and location was truly ski in ski out. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars was because of the 5 flight of stairs. Coming in from sea level made it very tough to climb those steps. It made you want to stay out later knowing that you had to climb those steps to get home! Everything else was great. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need.The jacuzzi tub was a definite plus after a long day of riding.

"Heavenly" Condo in Nevada

Beautiful and well appointed condo conveniently located right next to the Stagecoach Lift. Upscale interior finishes, plush comfortable bedding, and huge TV's provided a luxurious vibe that felt like a home away from home. Thanks for the hospitality! :)

Winter ski trip

The location and comfort of this property were top-notch. When we booked this reservation the listing mentioned the elevator would be up and running by August. As of our arrival day, the property details on VRBO listed the elevator as an amenity. However, the elevator was not functioning at all during our entire stay. This property is on the 5th floor and offers no storage options for our ski equipment on the main floor, so you can imagine the difficulty of staying at this location for a ski trip. We also found no information on WiFi or helpful hints for the unit (adjusting thermostat, etc.). Some lightbulbs were out, and the available hairdryer was not functioning. The property offered us what we needed for our stay, but we will not rent here again.

Great Rental for Heavenly Skiing

** THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2024 **The location of this rental is unbeatable for skiing at Heavenly as it’s directly across from the Stage Coach Lodge: access to the Nevada slopes is quick and easy, the Lodge offers a ski/snowboard rental shop and a food court.The elevator was still out of service during our stay, which was a major downside because the unit is on the fifth floor and the only access is via outdoor stairs. The stairs are covered but the steps can be a bit tricky depending on the weather. I think it's important to take into consideration as it can be challenging for anyone with reduced mobility.Despite this inconvenience, the overall experience was truly excellent. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped, with a full kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable.

Renters beware

I personally would not rent again from here. Extremely hot as there is no AC. They had fans everywhere and two mini Vicks air purifier and did not help. They could invest in a portable air cooler. It is on the 5th floor and yes NO Elevator it was killer going up and down those stairs even with nothing in our hands. My daughter opened the curtain and the rod fell,hit her head causing her to bleed. I emailed and called the property management because this rental is not owner owned and they said happy she's ok and smiling from the picture. I would think some type of compensation and offer to come fix the rod. The pans are hard and cheap to clean wouldn't recommend using.The beds were hard but had hella pillows to help the comfort. The tub for jacuzzi only fit one person. The bed in the living room hard and uncomfortable. Plus the place is clean I did like the modern look and tvs in each area. Some ppl were neighbors you can tell some people were renters. I'm just curious how disabled ppl can get up those stairs specifically if challenged with their legs. The rental is about 10-15 min away from the strip another plus.
