“We had a rough day before arriving. The hospitality just wasn’t there. It was almost like the person on the home was telling me F you with a smile on her face. We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there. I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around.”

“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

“Bath tub needs to be redone. Felt gross in there I wore my slippers in the shower. You can hear everything through the walls. Couldn’t sleep from an arguing couple all night. The bathroom you can hear people having a conversation through the walls. It was not relaxing to sleep in the room and hear everything, including every flush that occurs.”

“Loved our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great and room was too. The only issue was that the elevator doors would close extremely fast and would not bounce back once they made contact with a person. On 2 occasions someone else in the elevator had to push the doors open. I returned home with a very large bruise on my shoulder. Hopefully, the elevator has been adjusted by now as it could be very dangerous.”
