“We thoroughly enjoyed 3-day Independence Day holiday on Sandbridge Beach. The check-in process was effortless and Roger was very prompt in answering questions before and throughout our stay. We really loved this home because it offered so much of what we wanted to do on vacation including a large swimming pool, hot tub, and boat/kayak access on the canal. “Very nice house. Pool was a great break from the beach for the kids. Ample space for our group of 14. Could even fit all of us around the table. Located on a lovely street and an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. Great front porch to hang out on for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Martin was very attentive to our questions and needs.”

“Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. “I booked this for my husband and 10 friends to have a golf weekend down the shore. The property was better than expected. Huge rooms, plenty of space, great location. And he had one problem trying to figure out the garage door opener and I text the owner a question, and he replied back immediately. Can’t say enough great things about this house. ”
