“It's a row of rooms on a ground level, and the one close to the street is more noisy. Situated a few blocks from the beach. The room itself is extremely clean (like scrubbed-clean) and very spacious, has two beds with great matresses (mid to firm firmness). Kitchen and bathroom are also scrubbed clean although older-looking. The communication was amazing: Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! “Room floor is tiled. I stayed for 4 nights with kids. Not a good place for kids. The bathroom is big but sink counter is the worst. Overall the service The location is perfect ”

“Camere molto grandi e pulite. Cucina accessoriata. Belle le camere con vista sul canale. Bella piscina. Colazione un po’ carda rispetto al livello dell’hotel. Prezzo nella media.”

“Resort da tenere presente se si visita Siesta Key. Receptionist disponibile, struttura con piscina e parcheggio, nel mio caso monolocale dotato di aria condizionata e ventilatore a pale, cucina completa e ben attrezzata ,closet, bagno con finestra e articoli da bagno. Molto pulita sia la struttura che la camera. Presenza libreria free e lavanderia. Vicino alla fermata del tram e a ristorantini. Ottimo rapporto dotazioni/prezzo. Vale la pena!”

“Very clean and spacious room. Property isn't really walking distance to much, I was told by a few Uber drivers (unprompted) that the area was not safe to walk around during the day and especially not at night. Uber ride into downtown is typically $15-45 depending on time/day, surge pricing is def in effect during prime weekend hours. Concierge is strictly via the app and it was fairly quick and responsive. Having a laundry W&D in the unit was amazing, def a luxury compared to your standard...
