“Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. “Very welcoming staff and nice clean accommodation ”

“Good parking on site with electric charger. Rooms were clean with comfortable bed and very comfy bedding.Breakfast was delicious, both continental and full English available. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Good central location with plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The rooms have been refurbished and modernised and the hallway was still in the process of being painted. Would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully get the chance to visit again. ”

“The room was clean the bed was comfortable but the shower area needed major repair. The flush button on the toilet was broken,the soap dispenser was broken and the shower doors didn't meet. The door into the room was difficult to unlock. The Hotel needed updating generally.”
