However the evidence in various areas around property signals chronic water damage. Furniture visibly worn and in need of upgrade.”

My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's...
